About Us

We are Terrell and Jettie Carter.  Terrell is the son of Ms. Diane Carter who owned and operated this center formally known as Children's Cottage for over 20 years. He retired from the US Army after 21 years of service as a Food Service Specialist.  I am Terrell's wife and am also a retiree of the US Air Force.  My background is administration and information technology.  We have interacted with daycare centers around the world and wish to bring our love for children and knowledge of daycare operations to Carter Children's Cottage.  It was very important to us to keep Children's Cottage as a family owned business.
